How To Apply for Temporary Residence Permit In Georgia or visit the embassy or consulate for Georgia in your country , accompanied by all documents needed and the required fees
- Demand an application form for your petition , and fill it out correctly
- Pay the fees required and then submit the application along with the necessary documents to the officer in charge who will review and approve the application.

- The message is sent out the e-mail address, if the visa application is later approved. Make sure you confirm the e-mail address to guarantee payment of the duty.
- The e-mail address should be confirmed within one (one) hour from the time it has been sent, otherwise your visa request will be canceled.
- The state duty must be paid within five (five) hours from the time the message sent to the email address has been verified.

- Documents required for the consideration of the application for a temporary resident permit for Georgia must be submitted within 10 days after the date of the registration of an electronic form together with any supporting documents.

What Are All The Eligibility
- Only foreigners aged 18 or older are eligible.
- One can be employed in Georgia according to the lawful labor laws of the country which includes freelance professionals.
- One is in Georgia to receive medical treatment or to study.
- A person is invited by government agencies as a skilled specialist or an artist, and their invitation falls in the interest of the state.

Validity
- A temporary Georgian residence permit must be issued for at minimum six months and no more than one calendar year. It can be extended maximum five years, as long as the duration for the temporarily issued Georgian residence permit is not to exceed six years.
