The applicant should visit either the Ugandan Embassy in their country of origin and submit a an authentic, current, authentic passport.

It should not expire after 6 months , and it must include at the very least one unfilled visa form.
Submit two (2) completed, signed Uganda Visa Application forms. The form must be signed by hand with blue ink.
Send Two (2) recent 2×2 Passport photographs with your eyes’ whites visible, and captured by an official passport photographer. It is not necessary to submit a digital or non-passport type photograph.
Send a computer-generated flight schedule through your airline, travel agency or online booking agency , or the original ticket(s). The itinerary must include your name, your date of departure and arrival in Uganda as well as flight information.
Send the Original International Certificate of Vaccination showing vaccination against yellow fever.
send a formal invitation letter from the host company sponsor in Uganda
Send a business letter from your employer or the sponsoring company within the nation of its origin, on company letterhead, introducing the candidate and stating the applicant’s position.

Validity

The single entry Visa is valid for three months starting from the date of entry into Uganda.
The multiple entry visa is valid for six month or twelve months starting from the date of entry in Uganda

Processing Time

Between 4 and 15 business days.

Instruction

Uganda visas are available through Uganda missions abroad, or upon the arrival at the country’s entry and exit points.
Entry must be done through designated ports of entry/exit.
Each visitor will be required to have a passport that is valid for six months.
Every visitor who arrives must sign a declaration card for their arrival upon the day of arrival. Cards are available in the lounge at the airport.
Visitors are not allowed to extend their visa’s validity, or else they could be subject to an amount of U30 dollars per day, plus other legal actions.
If visitors wish to extend their stay beyond the time allowed upon arrival extended time must be requested by contacting Kampala’s Immigration Headquarters in Kampala before the expiration of the first visitors visa.
All visitors must adhere to the laws governing immigration as well as other laws that govern Uganda during their time in Uganda.
The business letter should identify who is financially accountable for the applicant, and give specific contact information for Uganda.
