  3. Visit the office of the appropriate department and speak with the authority designated to find out the most recent application procedures If any. Make sure you have an application form.
  4. The applicant must submit all necessary documents according to the guidelines. If there’s a shortage in the required documents then the application will not be accepted.

Validity
