  1. Check out the National Identification Registration Authority (NIRA) with the necessary documents

  6. Then you will be given a registration number for the birth certificate of the child . It is recommended that you be able to find the registration number when you pick the certificate.
  7. After you have paid the application fee through an authorized bank, you will receive the certificate.
