  1. In order to apply for the Certificate of Disabilities (Certificado Unico de Disapacidad – CUD) you need to obtain a medical certificate or reports as well as other documents that serve as proof of impairment.

Validity

Validity of the document is dependent in the dependance of age as well as status of the holder

  • From 5 to 0 years old, for up to 5 years validity (maximum).
  • 5+ years, 10+ years is the maximum.

A Disability Certificate is document valid across Argentina.

The CUDs are granted from the Disability Certification Board in each province.

  • A right to secure a parking space in the street in front of their residence for those who have a serious motor impairment.
