I. Apply to Chile

a. In-person application using you “RUT” or “RUN”

The applicant must apply in person at the office of Registro Civil e Identification to get a PCC. The RUT is therefore you Chilean Tax ID Number and the RUN is the civil register ID number.

To submit an application for PCC online, applicants need access to the PCC web-based portal to Make an Online Application

The applicant must submit the “RUN” information and password when prompted, then hit the authenticate button in order to go to the next screen to apply online.

Instructions

Chilean citizens who want the police certificate in Chile need to do it personally at the Civil Registry and the certificate will be issued immediately.
