Eligibility

  • Citizens of Italy are qualified.
  • Citizens of the Europe Union can apply in need of a certification.
  • When there’s a need for the applicant (who did not reside or lived) in Italy and is still requires a certification from Italy in order to satisfy the employer from another country.
  • Age requirements: Age of 16 or over. If minors are involved applicants, the application should be signed by the parent who has parental authority, even if the minor has not reached 16 yet.
