Obtain a Trading license-Nursing Home-Grade 2 (II) In Uganda By Online
- Permit or licence of Nursing Homes Grade 2 may be obtained from the Municipal Council Authority near your site.
- Complete the application form according to the instructions of the municipal council.
- After filling out the form, proceed to pay the fee as directed.
- Complete the duly filled-in form, along with the Pay slip to the health officer who is in charge of the nursing Home in the area where the property is situated or to the nearby health inspector office where officers will conduct an inspections of your premises.
- Take Your Nursing Home Licence certificate from the municipality where you submitted your application within a day or on the date your application was accepted by the local authorities in the event that there is no rejection.
Required Documents For Obtain a Trading license-Nursing Home-Grade 2 (II)
- Clearance from the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Cooperatives for non-nationals
- The original Certificate of Incorporation issued by the company to start a new business
- Original KCCA/Municipal receipt from the previous year , which indicates the existence of business
- The original rent and tenancy agreement from the Land lord the business that is now in operation
- Initial trading License from the previous year’s in operation

Eligibility
Any person of 18 years carrying out business in Municipality/Division/Town/City/Kampala City Council Authority’s jurisdiction except those who are exempted under Section 8(2) of the Trade Licensing Act are eligible to obtain Trading license to operate a Nursing home Grade II.
