What Are All The Eligibility

Conditions:Sentences:

  • If the defendant is found guilty of a crime, the sentence is registered in the list of domestic violence convictions that entails paying an amount of money ranging from 1 1/2 to 15. UTM.

Conditional suspension of the issuance of the decision:
