How To Obtain Certificate of Admissibility (Company or Firm) In Angola
- Complete the application form.
- The applicants must submit all required documents. For those who are authorized by their company or firm to get this certificate, it is required to be able to provide an authorization letter.
- After the application has been approved, the Certificate of Acceptance is issued.
- To allow the certificate to take effect, the company or the firm must be established within the first 180 days.

Applications can be made at IACS – Integrated Citizens Service Unit Public Talatona The address is Luanda Sul, A-2, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 3:30pm, and on Saturdays, from 8:00am until 12:30pm.
When submitting the form, indicate the proposed name of the company and request the issuance of a certification to confirm that the name is valid and not a duplicate of any existing business name.
