The person who receives telephone bills must be at least 18 years old age.
It is essential to own a business property, building, land or have an agreement in the event that you don’t have land or a construction.

Fees

For Installation and Contracting fees charges are included for free.
Administration Fees for requests are set at 50,000.
Internet and Voice service is available for absolutely free.
For inquiries about bills and request for a bill, it is absolutely free.

Validity

The bill is valid for one month.

Processing Time

Please be aware that it can take up to approximately 48 hours to allow Egypt Telecom company to update your account by using an online payment method
The transaction can take up to up to 24 hours for it to be updated by a mobile money system.
