How To Register a Business In Gambia
- Businesses operating in The Gambia may be registered as a firm or sole proprietorship partnerships, or other types of business (namely co-operatives and subsidiaries of other corporations)
- Visit The Single Window Office for Business Registration in the Ministry of Justice in Banjul or the Kanifing Municipal Council.
- You’ll need to complete these steps:
- Get an application form.
- Reserve a unique company name / name search
- Get an Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Please ensure that you are armed with all required documents included in the required documents section.
- Completely fill out the registration form along with the cost of registration, GMD 1,000 and the appropriate cost of incorporation, which is GMD 5,00.
