How To Register a Civil Societies with the Directorate General of Tax In Gabon

Application Procedure:

  • Application forms can be obtained from any of the DIRECTION GENERALE DES IMPOTS (DGI) agency office, or download it via the DGI website or click the click below to download:(Application form IM01) & (Application form IM03)
  • Complete the forms together with any documents that support them (listed under the “Required documents” Section) at any DGI office departments of the agency Department of Tax Authorities The Registration Office to verify and processing.
  • If the registry or authorized officer is satisfied documents are in order, you’ll be informed of the decision within a week. They will then assign an Unique Financial Identification Numéro (NIF).

Notification : Failure to register with the DGI within one month of the establishment of the Civil Society is liable to a fine fixed at 250,000 FCFA.
