How to Register as Homecare Provider In Bermuda - Use your mouse to “Registering as a home-care provider” and then click create account/login.
- Start by creating your account and log on to your account.
- Once you have logged in, click “my Profile” and then complete the steps required.ie
- Step 1: Complete the application using correct details,
- Step 2: Fill out the Screening Questionnaire and sign the declaration and lastly
- Step 3. Upload all necessary documents listed above.
- After uploading your documents After uploading the documents, click “Submit” to submit your application.
- Once the application has been approved, the approval letter is sent to you electronically. The letter of approval will contain the date you approved as well as the expiry date.

- Application for home care providers is accepted online. Please submit all required documents to ensure that there are no delays in the processing of your application.
