Register Birth of a Child Abroad In Uzbekistan By Online
- Visit the Consul’s Office to request the procedure.
- You must submit or present all the necessary documents. A list of the documents required to accompany the application is provided below. Be aware that you may be required to submit additional documents. It will be best to call the Consular Office a phone call prior to arriving to confirm there are all the necessary documents.
- Make sure you pay all fees applicable.
Required Documents For Register Birth of a Child Abroad
When the parents get legally married (possible appearance of one parent) :
- Statement from the father or mother on behalf of their child.
- The certificate is issued by the medical facility in which the baby was brought up (original and photocopies)
- Passports of parents of the child
- A marriage license of parents of the child (certified copy)
In the event that one parent is an international citizen: country:
- You must sign a notarized agreement from your father (or mother) of the child citizen.
If the parents are not married ( in the event that paternity is recognized by the baby ) (both parents must be present at the time of submitting the application) :
- Joint declaration of the child’s parent to prove paternity (form available at the consulate’s offices)
- Documentation from the medical facility in which the baby was born (original and photocopies)
- Passports of parents of the child
One of your parents may be a citizen of a different country:
- notarized written consent by Father (or the mother) or the parent
In the event that the child taken care of by one parent (mother) in the event there is no recognition of paternity for an infant (the mom must present when submitting this application):
- The mother’s statement (installed application to and the consul ) .
- Documentation from the medical facility in which the baby was born (original and photocopy)
- Passport of the mother of the child .
