How To Register Divorce by Mutual Agreement In Angola
Apply in-person By Yourself:
- You must go through the usual divorce process in the court, and then obtain the divorce certificate, as legally required.
- Create an application with a signature that is acknowledged by the Notary, addressed directly to the registry of civil records asking to record your divorce with mutual agreement. You will also receive an annulment bulletin.
- Attach all required documents to the application form and then visit for the SIAC for the Integrated Citizen Service unit in your area.
- Get a control number password Get a control number password to register divorce by Mutual agreement on the section for processed services and just wait for the next.
- It will also be disclosed by customer support in the processing services area to provide assistance.
- Go to the service window, and submit your application for confirmation.
- The official in charge will review the authenticity of your documents. If they are incorrect, and return them to you, and provide advice on what you should do.
- If your application is legitimate The officer will then register your divorce, and then create an annulment bulletin and hand the document to you.
- Following receipt of the Divorce Bulletin You must file the divorce with the Conservatories in which the Marriage was recorded.
