2.) People who wish to register will be issued a declaration of arrival. This is a crucial document that will cover the legal status of the foreigner in Belgium. In this declaration of arrival, they must also state the name and address of the person’s home is where he/she is.

What Are All The Eligibility
- Foreigner who arrives in Brussels as tourists. The visitor must declare his/her existence in Belgium (except the case of staying in an hotel).
