- License for Import License (JK69)
- Customs form No. 1, 3, or 8. Labuan and Langkawi
- Inspectory Report of PUSPAKOM (B2)
- Photocopies of the document of approval of vehicles using SIRIM green diesel. This remains in force (for engines powered by green diesel vehicles).
- Original letter and booking decision numbers a successful car registration, or the MV Form 10A that was approved and the entire payment has been paid (if the number was found through the procedure of reservations)
- Cash payments or postal or money orders , or company checks or bank drafts who have guarantees from banks on behalf Director Chairman of Road Transport
