Apply in-person By Yourself:
- Request the application form at the office that handles Intellectual Property.
- Complete the application form. Attach any required documents.
- Complete the application and submit it for processing.
- Make sure you pay the necessary application fees.
- The office will review your application and will register your trade name. Application by a representative:
- The person who is represented has to produce an authority letter confirming the appointment to represent the interests of the appointed.
