How To Renew National Identity Card (Minor) In Guadeloupe

  • To renew your ID card, go to your town hall. If you are in Paris you can visit the police station that you prefer. If you live outside of the country, apply for an National Identity Card at the Consulate or Embassy. Applications must be completed in person.
  • The application form can be found from the counter. Make sure you fill out the correct form and remember to complete the form.
