Renew Registration as an Importer of Living Animals and Animal Products In Ivory Coast By Yourself
- Get the necessary documentation (listed in the following) and then visit the Ministry of Animal and Fisheries Resources (MIRAH), Department of Livestock Productions (DPE) Sub-Department for Supply and Market Regulation to communicate your interest.
- Take the registration form from the registration desk. make sure you fill it out accurately.

- The Inter-ministerial Commission (chaired by the Ministry responsible for Trade) is scheduled to meet every three times during the year to look over the findings of the report, and then issue the certificate of authorization for importation to those who meet the conditions in the form of the applications.
- You will be informed of the result via mail, telephone or in person, and then you will be issued with the renewal certification of your registration to import live animals and animal products through the registry
- The list of approved applicants (individuals/businesses/companies) will then be gazetted by the Inter-ministerial Decrees.
Required Documents For Renew Registration as an Importer of Living Animals and Animal Products
- Written request (addressed in the direction of the president of the Approval Commission Decree No. deg 93-312 from the 11th of March, 1993 District Abidjan (Applicant).
- A Certificate of ID (Identity Card or Residence Card) valid.
- Certificate of the Location of the exercise site (Town Hall of the Municipality that is concerned).
- Certification of Inspection and counter-visit with the pulmonary radio director (public health centers).
- A certified duplicate of License of the preceding fiscal year (Taxation-Town Hall (for the purpose of certification)).
- A copy of your Professional ID (Applicant).
- 4 Photos of the manager’s identity.
- Employees’ list (Applicant).
- Counter-visit and employee’s inspection certificates and the X-ray of the pulmonary tract (public hospital).
- The manager’s file or manager of the company with all of the above-mentioned documents (Applicant).
- Certificate of Non-Bankruptcy (Court of the residence).
- Certificate of tax regularity (Tax Centre of the town).
- Receipt for the payment of charges relating to application file (DSV).

Such Companies/business/person that are registered with the Ministry of Animal and Fisheries Resource (MIRAH)/ Department of Veterinary Services must renew their certificate to keep enjoying the incentives that come with registration.
