- You can apply to replace a motor vehicle registration certificate by submitting your entire application to the Tax office.
- Report the matter to the nearest police station immediately if you notice that your vehicle’s registration certificate has been lost.

- Please complete the application form.
- Make a note of the number on the License Registration Stickers and attach it with the police report along with the rest of your supporting documents.
- Next, go to the Tax Office to get the original certificate and then submit the application to the official at that service unit.
- Pay the fee at the cashier to obtain a replacement certificate and the payment receipt
- Send the completed application to the Tax office representative at the service desk.
- Your application and payment receipt will be verified by an official. If the application is correct, your substitute motor vehicle certificate will be prepared and issued.
