  4. Completion of the application form accurately and attachments of all supporting documents
  5. Pay the replacement fees at cashier in the Tax office. Get the receipt.
  6. Submit the completed application, including the payment receipt, to the Tax official at your service unit

  8. An official will then lodge your application in the system and direct you towards the plate unit, where you will receive substitute plates.
