- Report the matter to the nearest police station immediately if you notice that your vehicle’s registration plate has been lost.

- Completion of the application form accurately and attachments of all supporting documents
- Pay the replacement fees at cashier in the Tax office. Get the receipt.
- Submit the completed application, including the payment receipt, to the Tax official at your service unit
- To verify that your application is correct, the official will review them.
- An official will then lodge your application in the system and direct you towards the plate unit, where you will receive substitute plates.
