Request for Physico-Chemical and Bacteriological Analysis in Water In Benin By Yourself

Applicant(s) should go to the Ministry of Water, General Directorate of Water office. Please refer to the office location’ and contact section below for information on the address.
Make your inquiry known to the MEM receptionist/secretariat front desk. Collect all necessary forms for application or download directly through this link: Link Request form.
Complete the form and send it along together with supporting documents as listed below under the required documents section to the MEM secretaryariat to be recorded and recorded and registered.
If the MEM Secretariat is satisfied that all documents are correct If all the documents are in order, you will be instructed to pay the fee for application in cash at the counter. Upon which you will receive an acknowledgement slip.
The file will be passed on to the department that is responsible for it who will then dispatch an expert from the laboratory to the site at the expense of the applicant, to take the necessary samples.
The sample will be returned to MEM for analysis. MEM laboratory for analysis and testing.
The analysis sample will be delivered to the applicant with a sealed envelope, or via mail supplied by the applicant within three working days.

A sample of a request for the Departmental Directors of Water and Mines.

Need to have the Document

It’s the analysis of the physicochemical and bacteriological parameters of the water found inside the samples of water that is brought in the laboratory to be tested for analysis and testing.
